Save space when setting up your home gym with the Reebok Speed Pac 25 adjustable dumbbell pair. Each dumbbell offers five different weights--ranging from 2.5 pounds to 12.5 pounds--with a maximum of 25 pounds of total resistance. To change the weight, simply move the knob to the corresponding number and you're set. Once you've found a spot for the Speed Pac weights, you'll have all the resistance you need in a single space-efficient location. The weights are notably compact at just less than 5 inches tall, with a specially designed storage tray that measures a mere 7.5 by 13.5 inches and fits conveniently on a bookshelf or table. The weights also include cushioned handgrips for maximum comfort.

About Reebok
Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So, in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes. In 1958, two of the founder's grandsons started a companion company that came to be known as Reebok, named for an African gazelle.

The Reebok SpeedPak works just as advertised. The lightest weight on each dumbbell is 2.5 lb; it then increases by 2.5 lb increments until you get to 12.5 lb on each dumbbell. They are easy to change out and seem durable enough for my use. I sometimes wish I had levels between (1-2 lb increments) - but these work great for what they are. I recommend them if you are looking for quick change weights in 2.5 lb increments.

I bought mine from Target after looking at the ridiculous price of Targets' individual weights: $10-20/each! I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them but decided to buy them and give them a try: $70 is a lot to me. NOW I LOVE THEM!!!

PROS: cheaper than individual weights, takes up no space at all, don't need a special stand for them
CONS: Umm... not as cute looking and doesn't have colors :P
Quality Product for those who don't need much weight

My girlfriend has been using the Reebok adjustables for about 2 months now. She still loves them as they serve their purpose:
1) Quick adjustments to select desired weight
2) The plates lock in nicely and have NEVER failed or dropped while in use.
3) Comes with nice holder case that allows you to identify the amount of weight you would like to use. The case also secures the dumbbells and allows you to easily place the weights back in storage room or closet when not in use.

The only downfall is you max out at 12.5lbs for each dumbbell. But, plenty enough for most woman who are just toning.

Love the ease of the Reebok Speed Pac 25 Adjustable Dumbbell Pair. Very convenient to use, super easy to adjust the weights. Just love them!
Great workout at a great price

We looked at several variations of these same dumbbells and this was the best price we found anywhere. They are easy to use and store neatly in their own stand. My son is using them for his P90X workouts and I use them when I'm walking.
