Beautiful Pair of 8lb Hex Dumbbells with contoured rubber inlay grip and chrome finish. These dumbbells have a beautiful design and were formed especially to fit the hand of a women. Dumbbells are the simplest and most important exercise tool because there are hundreds of exercises that can be done with them. We designed our dumbbells to be comfortable in the hand and functional for the body. We carry a range of weight sizes from 3 pounds to 15 pounds. For the most effective workout it is recommended that one start with 3 different weight denominations. In other words if you are buying 8s it is also recommended that you get 3s and 12s (and if you are buying 10s then also get 5s and 15s).
